MANALAPAN, NJ—Dental Product Shopper, a magazine that delivers high-quality evaluations of dental products and new product information for clinicians, announces that it is a finalist in the 2011 Medical Marketing and Media (MM&M) Awards.
Out of more than 700 entries, a panel of 40 judges handpicked Dental Product Shopper as a top 5 finalist for the “Best Healthcare Professional Media Brand” of 2011. The judges were impressed with Dental Product Shopper’s recent gains in readership due to strong writing and innovations in layout and design. The results of the awards are withheld until a black tie presentation event in New York City each autumn.
Separately, Dental Product Shopper was recently recognized for writing excellence in the 23rd Annual Awards for Publication Excellence, or APEX. APEX Awards are based on excellence in graphic design, editorial content and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence. According to materials provided by APEX, with more than 3,300 entries this year, competition was “exceptionally intense.”
