There's an app for that.

The American Dental Association (ADA) recently launched the ADA Dental Symptom Checker on MouthHealthy.org, which lets patients check their oral health symptoms and find out if they should visit their dentist. It also helps build consumer awareness of the importance of oral health, and it stresses the importance of regular dental visits.

As a lover of all things sugar, I find this year's resolution particularly difficult to keep up with…especially since my family is full of great cooks! I do, however, find it easy to change my gum chewing habit from regular gum to sugarless gum.
