Q: When will I receive my course verification?
CE verifications are generally emailed to you from firstname.lastname@example.org
. Please check your email SPAM folder as sometimes the email gets trapped there. To ensure you always get your emails from Dental Learning, please approve/whitelist all Dental Learning and CVent.com email addresses.
Q: Is there a charge to have an account with Dental Learning?
A: No, there is no charge to have an account with Dental Learning. All Dental Learning courses are available to read/view online at anytime. However, to receive credit for a CE lesson/webinar you will have to first create a free account.
Q: How do I take a CE quiz online?
A: To complete an onine quiz you first must have an account with Dental Learning. If you don't already have an account, you need to create one with us prior to taking any tests, Again, there is no charge to create an account on Dental Learning. Once you are logged in, click 'Take Course'.
Q: How do I redeem my coupon/promotional code?
A: For online users there will be a field to enter your coupon redemption code at the payment page. If you are mailing or faxing in an answer sheet, please write the code on the answer sheet.
Q: How do I submit my quiz answers?
A: You may submit your answers online, via mail or fax. See General Contact Information above.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If paying by check, please make check payable to Dental Learning, LLC.
Q: What is the expiration date on courses?
A: Courses are valid for three years. Please check for the course expiration date on the inside cover or on page 1 (found in the box above the ADA and AGD logos).
Q: I'm having trouble logging in, can you help?
A: If you're on the login page, you will be prompted by the system to create a new password to access your account. If you've forgotten your username, click on the 'Forgot My Password' link which will take you to a screen that allows you to enter your email address. You will then be reminded of your username. You can update your account at any time.
Q: What score do I need to pass?
A: You will need a score of 70 percent or higher to receive CE credit. We encourage you to re-take the quiz if you do not receive a passing score. You are allowed three tries online, and there is no additional costs for re-takes. If you are experiencing issues online during the quiz process, see Online Assistance above. If you fax/mail your quiz and you do not pass, Dental Learning will contact you using the email and/or phone number you provided.
Q: I have previously taken a print course. Do I have a login?
A: Yes, if you have submitted quiz answers via fax or mail, a username and password has automatically been created for you. Your unique login information was included in the course vertification email that was sent to you. If you are unsure of your login information, please contact Heidi Garaventa at the above information.
