Scott Parker, DDS Dr. Scott Parker, Dental Learning Executive Review Board Chair, graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Howard Golan, DDS Dr. Howard Golan is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He completed a general practice residency at North Shore University Hospital (NSUH) in Long Island, New York. After his residency, Dr. Golan completed a 2-year Implant Surgery and Advanced Prosthetic Fellowship at NSUH. He currently has a private practice on Long Island that he shares with his father, Dr. Marshall Golan. He is the co-founder of the Center for Laser Education and is a faculty member with the World Clinical Laser Institute. |

Dr. Perry is a Fellow of the AGD, American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, and the Academy of Dentistry International. He is a clinical professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Director of Tufts’ Gavel Center for Restorative Dental Research, and is also an AACD Accredited Member. |

Frank J. Tuminelli, DMD, FACP Dr. Frank Tuminelli received his DMD from Fairleigh Dickenson University (FDU) School of Dental Medicine. After a 1 year General Practice residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, he returned to FDU to complete his specialty training and received a certificate in Prosthodontics. She founded "U"nique Dental Services in 2000 where she has been an infection control consultant, educator, speaker, and coach.
