| Mar 13 - Dec 13 | Occlusion in Clinical Practice | |||
|   | In dental school, the occlusal education of most practitioners consisted of a series of rules to follow that had little meaning to them at the time. Consequently, in clinical practice, occlusion is a subject often ignored or at best, misunderstood by the majority of practitioners. Yet, no single area of dentistry is so intimately linked to the long-term success of restorations as is occlusion. Practitioners must make these decisions on every patient: Is an occlusal alteration necessary or appropriate? What will the alteration look like when completed? This program offers a non-dogmatic, scientifically based look at occlusion. Participants will learn and perform each step in evaluation, diagnosis, and formulation of an occlusal treatment plan. 3 Day Workshop 2010 | Dr. Frank Spear, DDS, MSD | Scotsdale | AZ |
