From Demineralization to Remineralization: Diagnosing and Treating Early Caries Lesions Without the Drill
This engaging and clinically focused CE course introduces dental professionals to minimally invasive, biomimetic strategies for arresting and remineralizing early carious lesions. Through a combination of didactic instruction and case planning guidance, attendees will gain a practical understanding of how to integrate these treatments into everyday clinical workflows.
Emphasis is placed on identifying ideal lesion types during routine evaluations, developing treatment plans for early intervention of the caries disease process, and applying evidence-based logic to deliver better outcomes for patients and practices alike. Attendees will also explore patient education techniques and communication strategies that support higher case acceptance and long-term success.

Dr. Parsai Koleini
Dr. Parsai Koleini is a general dentist who has been serving the Northeastern Massachusetts community since 2018. After graduating from Boston University Dental School in 2013, Dr. Koleini completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program in 2014, further enhancing his skills and knowledge in dentistry. In 2018, Dr. Koleini opened a dental practice in Northern Massachusetts with the goal of providing high-quality care in a comfortable environment. Since then, the practice has grown, and today it includes a dedicated team of twenty professionals working together to offer comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Dr. Koleini is committed to ongoing education to stay current with the latest developments in dentistry and is passionate about helping patients maintain healthy smiles. He continues to prioritize conservative patient care and takes pride in offering a welcoming, professional environment for the local community.
