Abstract
Dr. Hornstein will discuss the importance of implementing clear aligners into your practice. He will discuss how he implemented a new digital landscape into his practice and how it helped make his practice grow. He will also discuss strategic ways to increase patient acceptance and also ways to enhance patient experience in your practice. Lastly, he will discuss the importance of leadership and change management within your practice.

Dr. Benjamin Hornstein
Dr. Benjamin Hornstein will share his experience leading his dental practice through key changes as he incorporated emerging technologies into his business. You will learn how he was able to work through the hurdles along the way so you can also apply these protocols to your practice. Dr. Benjamin Hornstein is the founder of The Center For Advanced Dentistry, as well as several other businesses, Out of Bounds Photography & Eccentricity Coffee Company. He has been lecturing & teaching since 1998.
