Abstract
This course covers techniques for addressing patients presenting with signs and symptoms of sleep disordered breathing (SDB) and/or obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Participants will review the signs and symptoms of SDB and OSA, explore how to bring up airway concerns with patients, and learn how results from airway-friendly clear aligner therapy may differ from traditional methods.

Ben Miraglia, DDS
Ben Miraglia, DDS, is a graduate of the SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the New York State Academy of General Dentistry, and the Ninth District Dental Society. He serves as the Vice President of Clinical Education at CandidPro. Dr. Miraglia has practiced dentistry in Mt. Kisco, NY, for 32 years, including 22 years providing interceptive orthodontics. He is widely recognized for his lectures and continuing education courses on clear aligner therapy and craniofacial growth and development as it relates to sleep-disordered breathing.
