All-on-Z: A New Way to Deliver Full-Arch Fixed Implant Restorations
Educational Objectives
After completing this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Analyze a terminal dentition to determine if the use of a full-arch fixed implant rehabilitation is indicated.
- Plan the position and distribution of implants in an edentulous arch for its rehabilitation utilizing a screw-free system.
- Fabricate and deliver full-arch fixed prosthetics utilizing traditional removable overdenture techniques, utilizing a new attachment system.
Abstract
This webinar is a presentation of a new prosthetic fixed attachment system for the delivery of screw-free full-arch implant prosthetics. A review of diagnosis and treatment planning of the treatment of the terminal dentition will be presented. This program will also show simple techniques for the fabrication of full-arch hybrid prostheses, utilizing traditional removable overdenture techniques. This simplification is made possible by the use of a new attachment system, combined with a conventional Locator abutment.

Xavier E. Saab DDS, MS
Dr. Saab completed his residency in Prosthodontics and Master of Science degree at the University of Texas - Houston Health Science Center. He was awarded a full scholarship after graduating Valedictorian of his dental school class from the University of Guayaquil in Ecuador. Dr. Saab completed Head and Neck rotations at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and served as Clinical Assistant Professor in the UTHHSC Department of Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Saab is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Academy of Osseointegration, Dr. Saab continues his pursuit of excellence by practicing prosthodontics and implant dentistry in Houston where he has been established for over 10 years. He bases his education philosophy in his conviction that in order to master a skill, it is necessary to be able to transmit it to others, and that’s the source of his passion for teaching. He has been lecturing nationally and internationally in the areas of CAD/CAM dentistry, dental esthetics, occlusion, and implant dentistry for over a decade.
