Abstract

So much has changed in the world during the past year. There’s an increased urgency now to take every opportunity to increase online leads and interact with patients digitally in an effort to keep business coming in and running smoothly. This is requiring an unprecedented strategy and creativity.

Josh Combe comes from a customer experience and customer acquisition background with a primary focus in Healthcare. He currently oversees Podium’s Healthcare team focused on small to medium sized businesses.
