Kyle Webster

Kyle Webster is a Transaction Advisory Executive at Polaris Healthcare Partners. He manages sell-side activities by building relationships with clients and buyers, managing deliverables from the D&A team, and facilitating and negotiating optimal exits for Polaris’ clients. Kyle delivers personalized solutions and is an experienced, creative problem solver for his clients, with a proven track record of successful business and financial transactions. Prior to joining Polaris, Kyle was a wholesale credit analyst focused on middle market companies for Bank of America. He holds a bachelor’s from the University of South Carolina. Kyle is an amateur guitarist and spends most weekends playing pickle ball and disc golf when not enjoying time with friends.

Mark Flock

Mark Flock is an Executive & Partnership Consultant at Polaris Healthcare Partners. He is responsible for advising on associate and executive partnership models, buy-in models, buy-side analysis, financial mergers, and strategic consulting. Mark takes pride in creating pathways for clients to succeed, bringing together strategy and execution to drive better outcomes every day. Before joining Polaris, Mark spent a decade in banking where he managed relationships financing loans for a healthcare clients and managed a national team. He has his bachelor’s and an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton. Outside of Polaris, Mark enjoys golfing, hiking, working out and serving on the board of nonprofit focused on helping high school students become entrepreneurs and leaders.

Adin Bradley

Adin Bradley is an Executive Consultant & Fractional COO at Polaris Healthcare Partners. He is responsible for leading clients through creation and execution of robust, multi-year strategic plans. Adin also supports clients through associate equity, health practice marketing counsel, buy and sell side advisory, clinician development, growth strategies, including location growth and vertical expansion, business and legal structure development. He takes pride in seeing clients succeed as well as developing other Polaris team members, and brings to the role extensive operational experience from positions held at Fastmed Urgent Care, American Dental Partners, and Rural/Metro Corporation. He has a bachelor’s from Niagara College in Ontario and an MBA from State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a rabid Bills fan, sports fanatic and golfer. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenagers and hosting family and friends.

Perrin DesPortes

Perrin DesPortes is a Co-Founder of Polaris Healthcare Partners. He has spent his entire professional career in dentistry. He has more than 25 years on the business side as a 4th generation family member of Thompson Dental Company, including 15 years as General Manager of Patterson Dental Supply, where he ran three different business lines. Since 2017, he has applied this knowledge as a consultant, helping group dental practice owners and clinicians unlock potential and create generational wealth. He attended Washington & Lee University for undergrad and earned his MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Perrin is happily married with one daughter. In his spare time, he is an avid cyclist and tennis player, enjoys cooking and reading, and loves good red wine and strong coffee.
