After completing this webinar, participants will be able to:

- Understand the difference between Production, Collections, and Money that you keep.
- Identify the 4 ways you can increase production in the office.
- Recognize the 4 drains that siphon money from the office and ultimately your pocket.
Abstract
Dental school taught a lot about dentistry but not much about running a business. Many of us have been learning as we go, some figure it out but many don’t quite grasp the levers we can move to get more money in your pocket. In this course we will identify the levers we can open to increase the flow of money into the office and identify the drains that pull money from the office. We will also give some tips on how to best adjust those levers.

Dr. Mikhli is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and Greater Cleveland Dental Society. Dr. Mikhli was involved in the community as a board member for the Greater Cleveland Dental Society Foundation where he serves as secretary/treasurer.
