Dr. Sausha Toghranegar
Dr. Sausha Toghranegar is originally from Tampa, FL where he attended the Hillsborough High School International Baccalaureate program. After high school, he began his collegiate journey at the University of Florida (Go Gators!). He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in microbiology and minors in Nutritional Sciences and Theater. His passion for dentistry brought him to Nova Southeastern University where he obtained his doctorate. He then continued at Nova to pursue his master's degree and complete his periodontal residency. Dr. Sausha has received multiple honors throughout his educational career, including induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental society. After his educational career, Dr. Sausha returned to his hometown to bring back the knowledge and skills he obtained to provide the best care possible to those in his community. Dr. Sausha remains active in his educational endeavors and remains on top of the progressive trends of periodontal procedures and dental technology. He has lectured locally and nationally on minimally invasive periodontal plastic surgery, accelerated orthodontics, digital dental planning, and the latest dental implant technology. With the use of digital technology and 3D printing, Dr. Sausha has been providing customized dental Implant treatment. This allows him to provide the care each patient personally needs. He has also researched and lectured on a new minimally invasive approach to speeding the movement of teeth and preventing possible gum tissue problems that can sometimes occur after having braces. Research has shown a 2-3 times faster treatment time with the use of these techniques. Dr. Sausha firmly believes in giving back to a community that has given to him. He volunteers throughout the Tampa Bay area and abroad providing dental care in such places as Jamaica and Bolivia Outside of dentistry, Dr. Sausha is an avid independent filmmaker. Ever since he was in elementary school, he has been creating movie magic. He also loves following, watching, and playing sports. He passionately follows the Buccaneers, Gators, Lighting, Rays, and as of late the Rowdies. On his free time, he especially enjoys traveling and exploring nature with his family and friends.
Doug Fettig, CPA, MBA
Doug Fettig, CPA, MBA is a dynamic speaker known for his energetic and engaging style, having spoken at numerous dental seminars, academies, and forums nationwide. As a dental business advisor, he excels in helping dentists think like CEOs, grow thriving practices, and create dynamic office environments, all while planning for a successful retirement. Despite earning a CPA and MBA, Doug believes his best decision was dropping out of college at 20 to hitchhike around Europe after buying a one-way ticket to Hamburg, Germany. His unique journey gives him a fresh perspective on business, management, and leadership.
Dr. Tarun Agarwal
Dr. Tarun Agarwal is an internationally renowned Dentist, Thought Leader and Founder/CEO of Raleigh Dental Arts and 3D Dentists, the education platform that has trained over 10,000 Dentists how to overcome the overwhelm and chaos of running a busy general practice.
Dr. Tarun Agarwal is a recognized speaker, author, and dental leader. He has been featured on CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, and News 14 Carolina. Dr. Agarwal has been awarded ’40 under 40′ Business Leaders by the Triangle Business Journal. He is the founder of 3D Dentists and Raleigh Dental Arts.
Most importantly he is a loving husband and dedicated father of three wonderful children. His biggest accolade was being voted ‘Best Dad in the World’ by 2 of his 3 kids.
Kristine Aadland, DMD
Dr. Kristine Aadland has an energy and excitement for life that is seen by all who have met her. Raised in Vancouver, Washington, Dr. Aadland attended dental school at Oregon Health & Sciences University, and graduated in 2006 with Clinical Honors. Her dream was always to have her own practice and in 2009, when many practices were struggling, she built her dream practice. She chose to differentiate herself in a competitive market by utilizing the best technology available for greater efficiency and patient comfort. The cornerstone of this technology was CAD/CAM and CBCT products. This choice has paid off as Dr Aadland’s practice has continued to realize remarkable growth each year. Dr. Aadland’s success is not by accident. She is constantly pushing the limits of CEREC technology with bridges, implants, orthodontics and her same day smile makeovers. This has all been made possible by the extensive continuing education that she does each year. As faculty for Clinical Pathway and NYU AEGD program, she has combined her love for teaching and giving back through creating live patient education experiences using CAD/CAM technology. Her passion and energy for CEREC is contagious.
