Abstract
Patients frequently delay or decline clinically necessary treatment — not because they reject the diagnosis, but because of financial uncertainty they never voice in the operatory. By the time that hesitation surfaces, responsibility has shifted to the front office, where the office manager and administrative team handle payment options, financing, and patient follow-through.
This interview-format webinar takes clinicians beyond the operatory and into the financial workflow that turns a recommended treatment plan into completed care. Through the lens of an experienced office manager, attendees will examine where clinical recommendations and administrative reality connect or break down, what the front office needs from the doctor to support patients effectively, and how a coordinated, team-based approach reduces friction at every step — keeping the patient's wellbeing, not the transaction, at the center of every financial conversation.
