Aubrey Rosenbaum, Chief Operations Officer, Sullivan Dental Partners

Aubrey Rosenbaum began her career as a dental hygienist and has grown through hands-on roles including sleep apnea champion and full-arch treatment coordinator. Today, she serves as Director of Operations at Sullivan Dental Partners and Team Mastermind Director at 3D Dentists. This journey gives her a unique perspective: she’s experienced the challenges and triumphs of every team member’s role, from chairside to leadership. 

 

Aubrey speaks directly to dental teams, sharing practical strategies for adopting new technologies, streamlining workflows, and delivering exceptional patient care. She highlights real-world pros, cons, and solutions that make technology work for the team, not against them. She is passionate about building teams with a little healthy FOMO...where growth is exciting, momentum is contagious, and no one wants to be the person sitting on the sidelines while everyone else levels up.
