Charles S. Moser, DDS
Dr. Moser considers himself more than a clinician. His 25+ years in Dentistry created a wealth of knowledge that he knows has value to others.
After graduating from The University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, Dental School in 1990 and completed a General Practice Residency in Hartford, Connecticut.
Dr. Moser owned multiple practices before taking a position as the Dental Director for a fast-growing DSO in Houston. Daily duties included the oversight of 40+ associate dentists and over 200 team members. Dr. Moser was on the front lines of two exit events.
March of 2018, Dr. Moser became a key member of the DEO team. He currently serves as a DEO M.A.P. Implementor and executive coach for dental CEOs and multi-practice owners.
Dr. Moser became a Certified Speaker Trainer and Coach for the John Maxwell team as well as an Approved KOL for Dentsply Corporation. He spent over a year as an in-office consultant with the Fischer Professional Group and currently serves as a claims reviewer for United Health Care’s Medicaid division in the state of Texas.
He believes great answers come from great questions, and we MUST move outside of our comfort zones to grow, and only way that happens is intentionally.
He is an event emcee and keynote speaker and believes Leadership is the key to success and happiness.
Scott E. Sayre, DDS, MBA

Dr. Sayre completed a residency at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, OH, and earned his DDS from Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Columbus, OH. He is a diplomate, American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry, and International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a fellow, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is a graduate of the Misch Implant Institute, is certified in IV sedation, and an Ohio State Dental Board Member. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Society, and Cincinnati Dental Society.
Dr. Sayre has written numerous published articles and has lectured in Canada, Hong Kong, and Venezuela (as well as throughout the United States). He is a colonel in the USAF Reserves and served as chief of dental services of the 445th Airlift Wing, WPAFB, Dayton, OH. Dr. Sayre has been on many humanitarian missions including Senegal and Ghana in Africa, and Guatemala in Central America. Dr. Sayre has had a lifelong passion for planes and flying. For many years he was a member of the Lima Lima Flight Team, which is based in Chicago, IL. He remains a certified pilot and still enjoys flying small airplanes.
