Abstract
Management of Severely Curved Root Canals – a real challenge for every endodontist.
Ignoring and incompetence to manage complex cases, can lead to instrumentation errors – ledges, zipping, blockages, perforations or instrument fracture, that may compromise the outcome of treatment.
The rational approach is the key to success. From planning to performing, every step of treatment must be argued and well determined. Knowing the anatomy and to be able to read the preop radiological investigations, move us to phase of instrumentation, where our knowledge and ability to select the right technique, instruments, and sequence of files, make us have an absolute control and predictability on extreme difficulty clinical cases.

Dr. Eugen Buga
Dr. Eugen Buga is a Specialist in a field of Advanced Microscope Endodontics and Enhanced Dentistry with a private practice in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. He graduated from the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy with mention. He has completed many continuing education courses in the field of endodontics. In 2016 he became a winner of Zerodonto International Endodontic Contest(Judge: Arnaldo Castelucci) Dr. Buga is among the leading Speaker of International Endomasters 2016 (Top 8 )which was the Biggest World Online Congress of Endodontics in which 39 Top Leaders in the Field of Endodontics from 27 Countries had delivered the lecture. He is International speaker in endodontics and conducts hands on course on several endodontics advancements with specialised in Instrumentation of Severely Curved Root Canals International speaker in endodontics. Had courses and workshops in Hungary, India, Indonesia, Malaysia(MIDEC), Paraguay, Romania, Indonesia, Portugal, Jordan, Moldova etc. The author of “One on One” Endododontics program, Individual training in endodontics. The course that becomed international and was visited by more than 25 participants from 17 different countries.
