Abstract

SCI: Standard of Care Investigator A True-Life Dental Detective Webinar: How to Minimize Your Legal and Regulatory Risks

Unlike fictional television characters, Dr. Dovgan is the real deal. He investigates dental conduct — on behalf of dental boards and as part of malpractice and class action proceedings — and there is no one in the country better equipped to help you minimize your legal and regulatory risks.

Dr. Dovgan has witnessed it all; especially dedicated, hard-working dentists who make costly, unintentional standard-of-care errors that snowball on them and their practices. It takes only one (avoidable) mistake in your whole practice career to find yourself defending a lawsuit that can create extensive, irreversible damage. Even frivolous accusations can bring a world of regulatory hurt down on you.

Dr. Dovgan is back with an all-new live webinar that could save you and your practice from disaster.* Whether you're a general dentist, oral surgeon, or other specialist, Dr. Dovgan uses propriety protocols to help oral health professionals just like you avoid lawsuits and regulatory sanctions that could cost you your license and your savings. If you haven't yet faced a harrowing complaint or lawsuit, consider yourself lucky. It's only a matter of time. Why not be prepared?
