Abstract

Intraoral cameras are a vital piece of equipment for patient care and documentation as part of the patient experience. Intraoral camera use has been shown to increase case acceptance by allowing the patient to see what the provider sees, in turn creating value and urgency to follow through with treatment recommendations. The integration of intraoral imaging plays a vital role in all aspects of business—from case acceptance and education to claims support.

This course will offer an in-depth discussion of the why, when, and how to use intraoral cameras to ensure competence and confidence as a proven tool to improve patient outcomes. The speaker will demonstrate tips and tricks for obtaining quality images.
