Dr. Jimmy Londono

Dr. Londono received his DDS from Universidad Autónoma de Manizales in Colombia. He completed a six-year internship in implant dentistry at the Atlanta Center for Restorative Dentistry/Atlanta Institute for Advanced Education. In 2008, he completed his residency program in prosthodontics at the Medical College of Georgia.

Currently, he is a professor at Augusta University, where he teaches undergraduate students and prosthodontic residents. He serves as the director of the Ronald Goldstein Center for Esthetics and Implant Dentistry and the prosthodontic residency program. Additionally, he oversees the surgical aspects of implant placement and prosthodontics within the prosthodontics residency program at the Dental College of Georgia.

Dr. Londono has mentored numerous doctors in their required projects, as well as in laboratory and clinical training at the DCG/AAID Maxicourse in Implant Dentistry. He has authored several articles in the fields of prosthodontics and implant dentistry and has lectured nationally and internationally.

He is Board Certified by the American College of Prosthodontists and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. He is also an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a member of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, the American Dental Association, and the American College of Prosthodontists.

Dr. Londono maintains a highly successful private practice at the Dental Practice Group in Augusta, Georgia.
