Michelle Dowling is the Executive Vice President of Marketing at Rectangle Health, where she has led the company’s growing marketing team since 2020. With over 20 years of experience in the payments industry—including key roles at First Data and TSYS—Michelle brings a deep understanding of how financial technology can transform healthcare operations.
For the past ten years, she has focused exclusively on the healthcare sector, helping providers leverage digital tools to optimize the revenue cycle and enhance the provider-patient relationship. Michelle is passionate about educating healthcare leaders on the power of technology to streamline workflows, improve staff efficiency, and elevate the patient experience.
She is a trusted advisor to practices across the country, particularly in the dental and veterinary segments, and strongly believes that every healthcare office can achieve financial health. Prior to her current role, Michelle served as a relationship manager for leading practice management systems including PlanetDDS, Carestream, Henry Schein, and XLDent.
