Educational Objectives
By attending this webinar you will learn how to:
Identify the four benchmarks that reveal a practice's true financial health, and the target each one should hit.
Distinguish between numbers that look good on paper and a practice that is actually getting paid.
Pinpoint where revenue is leaking, from claims sitting past 90 days to patient balances that quietly pile up.
Discover practical solutions for closing those gaps and building a system that consistently gets the practice paid.
Abstract
Dentists go to school to take care of people, not to decode aging reports. So most days they are heads down doing great dentistry and trusting the numbers on the back end are handling themselves. But a practice can look healthy on paper while real money quietly walks out the door every month: collections that seem fine, write offs nobody actually decided to give, claims sitting untouched past 90 days. Almost none of it is visible from the chair.
In this webinar, dental hygienist Lauren Stanford walks doctors through a practice analysis, a simple and honest read of the numbers that show exactly where revenue is leaking and what a healthy system looks like instead. Attendees will learn the four benchmarks that tell the real story of a practice, why good numbers can still hide a problem, and a few questions to ask of their own reports.

Author Bio
Lauren Stanford, RDH
Lauren Stanford, RDH, is a dental hygienist who never expected to fall in love with the numbers. After years caring for patients, she came to see that a practice's reports tell the most honest story of all: whether the doctor is actually getting paid for the good dentistry they do.
That lesson was personal. Wisdom was built inside her own father's dental practice, where she and her father carried the weight of broken billing systems in the office each day. Her sister, Ashley Bond, co-founded Wisdom to change that. She rebuilt the systems that had been quietly draining the practice and giving their father his peace of mind back. As one of the company's earliest team members, Lauren learned to read the reports her father could never quite stomach.
Today she guides practice owners through practice analysis, pairing clinical insight with a simple belief: good dentistry deserves to be paid for, and every doctor deserves to sleep at night.
