Event Details

From the first phone call to the final treatment discussion, every interaction influences a patient's confidence in moving forward with care. Creating a positive patient experience is not the responsibility of one team member, but the result of a coordinated effort across the entire practice. In this practical webinar, participants will explore how the front office, clinical team, doctor, and treatment coordinator each contribute to building trust, uncovering patient motivations, and supporting informed treatment decisions. Through real-world examples and actionable communication strategies, attendees will learn how a consistent team approach can create stronger patient relationships and improve treatment acceptance.

By attending this webinar you will learn how to:

  • Describe the influence each team member has on the patient experience and treatment acceptance process.

  • Identify opportunities throughout the patient journey to build trust and strengthen patient relationships.

  • Apply communication techniques that uncover patient motivations, concerns, and goals for treatment.

  • Implement a team centered approach that creates a more consistent and supportive patient experience.

Author Bio

Dayna Cassandra, DDS

A dentist for over 25 years, Dr. Dayna Cassandra’s journey in dentistry began as a young patient at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dentistry. Inspired by her experiences, she pursued her passion and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree there.

Reflecting on her career, Dr. Cassandra says, “I was born to be a dentist; I just had to go to school to get my license.”

After completing a competitive residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center Dr. Cassandra practiced dentistry for several years, building strong patient relationships across Manhattan and New Jersey. Her dedication to the field led her to the prestigious Pankey Institute, where she developed her knowledge, skill, and expertise in advanced restorative dentistry.

With a clear vision of patient-centered care and a commitment to excellence, she established her own practice in Paramus, New Jersey. This central location allowed her to continue serving long-time patients while welcoming new ones from New York, New Jersey, and beyond—patients who choose to invest in their health and confidence.”
