Author Bio
Dr. Anthony Santorsola
Dr. Santorsola earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Gonzaga University and graduated with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington in 1981. He has lectured extensively throughout the United States and Canada, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive treatment planning and developing coordination and communication techniques between professional offices such as the periodontist (gum specialist), orthodontist (braces), and oral surgeon.
Dr. Santorsola has formerly held positions as Restorative Advisor to the Seattle Study Club, and a Lecturer/Consultant for Dentsply, Paragon, Sulzer, Centerpulse, and Zimmer dental implant companies. He was also a Clinical Consultant for the Microprobe Corporation, Dental Director for the Community Health Services of Snohomish County, and a member of the Advisory Committee of Shoreline Community College's Dental Hygiene Program.
Dr. Santorsola has been voted "Seattle's Top Dentist" by his peers every year from 2009 to present.
